EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
At Trendy Store, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free.
Deliveries
All standard deliveries are free of charge islandwide. This does not include third-party courier such as Pickme Flash.
Return/Refund (terms and conditions apply)
Returns are approved upon request-based on customer's reason being valid.
Returns must be made within 15 days of delivery, in original, undamaged packaging and in fully resalable condition.
If the returned item is not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund/exchange.
Refunds will be processed to the purchaser’s account.
Exchanges
If you have received the wrong item from us, we will arrange a free exchange from any location islandwide.
If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong item, exchanges are still possible, but you will bear the return and delivery charges.
Products We Cannot Refund or Exchange
Used garments (for hygiene reasons such as sweat or dirt).
Sale/discounted items.
Delivery Charges on Refunds
Delivery charges will only be refunded if the item is incorrect, faulty, or damaged.
