EXCHANGE, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At Trendy Store, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free.
Deliveries
All standard courier deliveries are free of charge islandwide.
This does not include third-party delivery services such as Pick me Flash which have to be arranged and paid for in expense by the customer.
Return/Refund (terms and conditions apply)
Returns are approved upon request-based on customer's reason being valid.
Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery, in original, undamaged packaging and in fully resalable condition.
If the returned item is not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund/exchange.
Refunds will be processed to the purchaser’s account. (For COD or CARD payments only excluding Koko pay, Mint Pay and Payzy)
Exchanges
If you have received the wrong item from us, we will arrange a free return/exchange from any location islandwide.
If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong item (Change of mind is not applicable), exchanges are still possible, but you will bear the return and delivery charges.
Products We Cannot Refund or Exchange (Reasons)
Used garments (for hygiene reasons such as sweat, dirt or after washing).
Sale/discounted items.
Delivery Charges on Refunds
Delivery charges will only be refunded if the item is incorrect, faulty, or damaged.
