Trendy Store will give its customers the opportunity to refund or return/exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 15 days and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on the item. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser account. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
Send a mail to e.commerce@trendyclub.net with the following details such as order number, product code, quantity, reason for the exchange. We shall communicate via e-mail or mobile. After recieving said mail or chat message we will inform our sales team to prepare for you to come and exchange the item. The item must have its original retail tag in order for us to accept the exchange, if not we reserve the right to reject the item. All exchanges must be done through our showroom at No. 36, Pangiriwatta Road, Delkanda, Nugegoda. If you are not within the colombo city limits then returns/exchanges cannot be made via courier because we work with third parties (logistics companies) and they do not facilitate return/exchanges but we humbly request from you to check the item you have recieved while the delivery agent is there and make sure that the item is correct: size, color, price so you don't have to issue a return seperately.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on used garments for reasons of hygiene such as sweat or dirt. We will only be refunding damaged or faulty goods. We are also unable to offer a refund or exchange on the sales items.
We will refund the delivery charge when a product is incorrect, faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. Please note that the above policies are subject to change by Management of Trendy at anytime without prior notice to the customer.
